Tilicho trek is one of the popular trips for exploring the sacred lake, Tilicho Lake situated at the highest altitudes in Annapurna region. The trip has been popular for last three-decades, as you will have amazing views of a number of mountain vistas including of Mt. Annapurna I (8,091 m), Mt. Annapurna II (7,939 m), Mt. Annapurna III (7,555 m), Mt. Annapurna IV (7,525 m), Mt. Dhaulagiri (8,163 m), Mt. Manaslu (8,163 m) and range of other Himalayas located in the Annapurna region. In addition, you will also have an opportunity to explore the sacred mountain lake called Tilicho Lake, situated at the highest point in the world (4,912 m height) and also you will trek to Tilicho peak (7,135 m) located to the north of Mt. Annapurna I (8,091 m) and the north-east ridge rose above Kali-Gandaki valley.

During the trip you will pass through terraced and fertile farming land, lush, steamy and yet undisturbed forest full of flora and fauna, beautiful charming settlements of various ethnic communities, incredible landscapes, glaciers, and no doubt, you would be bounded with amazing views of the majestic Himalayas in the region. The special feature of this trip is that you will be amazed with something new scenes and sceneries every single day.

Tilicho Trek begins with a short flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara and then Jomsom and then trail continues to Dhampus pass (5,210 m) and retrace down to Marpha, by crossing Kali Gandaki river you continue trekking down to base camp through Mesokanto pass (5,100 m) and finally reach at Tilicho lake side the first base camp and then head up to the high camp and finally you will navigate all around, and then you will retrace back down to Jomsom and fly back to Pokhara subsequently to Kathmandu
